My name is Mandie Curlee.  I'm a NASM CPT (certified personal trainer) , WLS (weight loss specialist), and FNS (fitness nutrition specialist). I spent most of my adolescent life being told I would never look the way I wanted. I heard everything from; this is how you were made, genetics, big boned, etc. So I dedicated years to prove them wrong and I did. Now I want to help others who feel the same way I did.
