This Anywhere Training Program is designed for individuals who do not have a gym membership or they travel frequently. Its also great for those who are to busy to make it to the gym or simply would rather workout at home. Its great to have on hand when you go on vacations or short trips! Things you will need are: dumbbells, resistance band, and stability ball. (Optional but beneficial - kettlebell and hip circrle.)

 

This program is broken down into 5 different days. Legs, shoulders, chest & core, back and arms. It includes many tutorital videos on how to do certain exercises. It also includes a 12 week chart to log your reps and weight for each exercise so you can push yourself to improve each week!!!
